Well Watcher Solanian is a level 30 quest giver located in the blood elf starting zone of Eversong Woods. He stands on a platform on the first floor of the Sunspire, facing the sea. When addressed, Solanian can be overheard reminiscing the times when the Sunwell would still be in sight for him.
