Changes: West Sanctum

The West Sanctum is located on the western isle of Eversong Woods. It suffered from a malfunction that caused the destruction of a power converter and has since been overrun by Manawraiths and Mana Stalkers. It is also being observed by Darnassian Scouts.

Atop the sanctum is a platform with a Tattered Chest; how to get there is unknown.
