Westfall Brigade Encampment appears to be a local Alliance settlement in the Grizzly Hills.
The People's Militia has become the Westfall Brigade and is under command by Gryan Stoutmantle, who himself has received a promotion to Captain. They've relocated from Sentinel Hill to Westfall Brigade Encampment in the Grizzly Hills, joining the war against the Scourge.
