The Whelpling Downs are located in the Burning Steppes in the southwest region of the zone which includes the hills and cave. It is filled with members of the Blackrock clan and Flamescale Broodlings. There are also a number of fettered whelplings from the various dragonflights awaiting freedom, including Green, Bronze, Blue, and Red.
