[Pattern: Whitemend Hood] drops off of Warp Splinter, the final boss in The Botanica; and [Pattern: Whitemend Pants] drops off of Dalliah the Doomsayer, a boss in The Arcatraz. Both patterns are bind on pickup.

Both pieces are bind on equip. So they can be crafted by any tailor. The components for crafting the entire set are:

• 20 [Primal Mooncloth]
• 10 [Primal Might]
• 2 [Primal Nether]
