The Wildspawn are a big tribe of Satyrs which made Dire Maul East their home. They corrupted all plants and ancients in there, as well as the Fruit of Fertility to create Felvine Shards. Alzzin the Wildshaper is their leader, his chamber is guarded by Zevrim Thornhoof.
