Winaestra is a level 15 hawkstrider vendor located at Thuron's Livery in the blood elf starting zone of Eversong Woods.
She, unlike most mount vendors, won't even give tauren a chance to purchase one of her mounts saying "No, tauren. Your bulk would only crush one of these noble creatures. Now away with you!"
