Winaestra is a level 15 hawkstrider vendor located at Thuron's Livery in the blood elf starting zone of Eversong Woods.

She, unlike most mount vendors, won't even give tauren a chance to purchase one of her mounts, saying "No, tauren. Your bulk would only crush one of these noble creatures. Now away with you!" This of course has changed since patch 3.0.8.
