The Wind-Up Train Wrecker is the arch nemesis of the [Toy Train Set] - if there is a train set nearby when summoning the Train Wrecker, it will proceed to blow up the train set, then do a victory dance. This item was probably implemented in order to counter players who makes a ceaseless noise using their Toy Train Set, often to annoy other players.
