A Wind Stone is a magical artifact located in Silithus and guarded by cultists of the Twilight's Hammer clan. Until patch 4.2, they could be used to summon elemental nobles from the Elemental Plane.

Before Cataclysm Edit

Using a Lesser Wind Stone required the Twilight Trappings ([Twilight Cultist Cowl], [Twilight Cultist Mantle], and [Twilight Cultist Robe]) and [Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station] and the appropriate signet (if you want a specific sub boss) to summon one of the following sub bosses:

•  Duke of Fathoms (water) - for specific you need [Signet of Beckoning: Water]
•  Duke of Cynders (fire) - for specific you need [Signet of Beckoning: Fire]
•  Duke of Shards (earth) - for specific you need [Signet of Beckoning: Stone]
•  Duke of Zephyrs (air) - for specific you need [Signet of Beckoning: Thunder]
