Summons a Windfury Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster. The totem provides 16% melee haste to all party members within 30 yards. Lasts 5 min.
Windfury Totem is an Air Totem. Shamans can drop it to give a melee haste buff to their party. It is often abbreviated "WF".
Windfury Totem will increase the haste of both main hand and off hand weapons. It is additive to other temporary enhancements like Sharpening Stones, Wizard Oil, Poisons, or the shaman's own weapon enhancements like Flametongue Weapon.
Before WotLK, this totem used to apply a Windfury Weapon-like enchant on the weapons of nearby party members, offering them a significant burst sometimes when they hit with their weapon, but overwriting any temporary enchants like the ones mentioned above, and therefor was very difficult to use properly.
Fixed a bug where Windfury Totems had incorrect level caps when cast by higher level shaman. All totems should now be summoned at the level of the caster.
Tooltip updated to clarify that only the main-hand weapon is enchanted.

Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Windfury Totem is now a flat 20% melee haste totem. All ranks have been modified.
