Winna Hazzard is a level 57 quest giver located at Bloodvenom Post in the contested territory of Felwood. She is accompanied by her kitten and has a penchant for laughing maniacally. Some may say that she is exceptionally cruel, but she just strongly desires the Horde to have an advantage over the alliance in any way possible.
She starts the following quests:

Upon completing Well of Corruption and giving Winna the Filled Flasket, she feeds her kitten the liquid, transforming it into a Corrupted Cat.
