This consumable is classified in-game as a Battle Elixir and will not stack with other Battle Elixirs or Flasks.

The Winterfall Firewater was made by Xandivious and given to the Winterfall tribe to corrupt them^[1]. It`s mainly made of elements from corrupted creatures in Felwood^[2]. They and the firewater are transported by some Winterfall Runners between Felwood and Winterspring. To purify the Firewater from the toxin they need the water of the Frostfire Hot Springs. It seems to cause paranoia and make you addicted to it as High Chief Winterfall is^[3]

This item drops from Winterfall Ursas in Winterfall Village. The effect doesn't stack and the buff is 1/2 of the buff Winterfall mobs gain from it.

Patch changes

Patch 2.4.2 (2008-05-13): The Winterfall Firewater buff is no longer dispellable.
