This item drops from Headless Horseman in Scarlet Monastery during the Hallow's End seasonal event. It has a Medium (25% - 50%) Drop Chance.
Notes
It is identical in every way, bar the name and icon, to a Band of Halos. So, theoretically, you could have two of the "same" ring, despite it being Unique.
Before Patch 2.3, this item was called Witching Band (not to be confused with a Witching Band that drops in Hellfire Ramparts).
Before Patch 3.0.2, equipping this ring gave the wearer a bonus to healing spells. This was changed to spell power in Patch 3.0.2.
