Circlet of Faith is cloth head armor for priests and part of the tier 3 armor set. It is available through quest items in Naxxramas.

Circlet of Faith is a quest reward from the quest Circlet of Faith which starts with Father Inigo Montoy in Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Inigo Montoy:
