Fan Fiction Additions and Priority

1. Fan fiction can be added to by any user who did not originally create it or shortened if and only if it would remove redundancy.
2. If two or more user's have different additional content for the fanfiction which cannot both be added due to their contradictory nature, then the additions with a greater sum of length and interest are added.
