Good places to ask questions

You can ask questions at the following places:

• Village pump – anything that's simply not about a single page (which goes in the page's talk page)

• Warcraft pump – alternative Village pump for questions related more to World of Warcraft or the Warcraft universe than to the wiki itself.

• Lore related questions should go to the discussion page of the Bookkeepers.

• API related questions have the best chance of getting answered if asked on the discussion page of the World of Warcraft API.

• For most questions it's faster to do a search in the search box. (For example, just type 'ornery plainstrider' into the box and click Search).

Other places to ask questions

• For information on WoWWiki such as ownership and new page statistics see the About page.

• Each article has a Talk page — click on the article's discussion link at the top of the page — for questions, reporting vandalism or discussions on the article.
