WoWWiki talk:Policy/Terminating
From WoWWiki
This policy has been recalled.
|
The separate termination policy has been removed as of 09:45, 17 September 2006 (EDT). There is now only a deletion policy. There are no real changes for our editors, only clearer documentation. --Mikk (T) 09:45, 17 September 2006 (EDT)

Proposal to remove separate Termination policy
Reasoning
Having a separate WoWWiki:Policy/Deletion and WoWWiki:Policy/Terminating is, to me, unnecessary now.
- Termination is simply a result of a successful deletion vote
- We have WoWWiki:Policy/Speedy deletion that works for all other cases, including terminating vandalism and own pages (it is, in fact, already being used this way by the vast majority of editors)
--Mikk (T) 20:21, 6 September 2006 (EDT)
Change suggested
- Delete WoWWiki:Policy/Terminating. If anything pertinent to voting does not already exist in WoWWiki:Policy/Deletion, move it there.
- If there is a direct termination term covered by the termination policy that is not already covered by WoWWiki:Policy/Speedy deletion, move it to there.
