Scope and Implementation Edit

Blame Tekkub for getting me involved in this :P Just wanted to say, that reall all elinks need to be brought inline so they can function along side each other and allow manaul links too. I'll be sorting this out later, but for now, as a continuation of what Tekkub was working on, here an example of new template i recommend we use in accordance to this new policy. User:Zeal/Sandbox/Templates/elinks-item. You'll notice is lacks a External Links header, this is intentional, and i know the Thottbot icon isn't there yet, i'll be adding that later. It would basically end up soemthing like this..

External linksEdit

• Battle.net (EU)
• Wowhead
• Thottbot
• DB MMO-Champion

• Search on Google for it just so i can show extra links..
• Search on Google again for it just so i can show even more extra links..

*rawr*! It should be noted that with this designif the ID is not defined, the head/alla links become generic searches that use the page name as the serch string. Thott links don't show up unless explicitly defined, since we'd like to encourage people to use sites with accurate data. TeжubԎ Ҩ Ѡ 03:18, 3 March 2007 (EST)

Zones Edit

I've just checked up agaisnt the DB and the 3 main sites, and both Allakhazam and Thottbot use the wrong IDs, while wowhead use the correct ones. So hopefully without objection, i'll be making both of these optional and discouraged for {{Elinks-zone}} in accordance to what has been done with thottbot with items and NPCs. --Zealtalkcontrweb 00:10, 5 March 2007 (EST)

Factions Edit
