Working Overtime
- Increases the chance to gain a skill increase on tradeskills by 10%.
Working Overtime is a Guild Perk granted at guild level 14 that increases your chance of gaining a skill point while crafting.
This gives skill learning in a profession an inevitable point gain in the "yellow" level and a higher chance in the "green" level.
