World's End Tavern is an old ruined draenei temple in the Lower City of Shattrath City that has been converted to a shelter for various sundry individuals and war refugees.
The Tavern's name may be a homage to the "Worlds' End Inn," featured in the Neil Gaiman's Sandman series of graphic novels.Or it may be a tribute to Douglas Adams's The Ultimate Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy (it contains a book called "The Restaurant At The End Of The Universe")
