The Wyrmcult Provisioner is a level 67 general goods vendor located at Blackwing Coven in Blade's Edge Mountains [32, 34].
He is a member of the Wyrmcult, and usually hostile to players, unless you are disguised as a member of the cult. The Overseer Disguise does the trick, you can obtain it during the quest Meeting at the Blackwing Coven or after you have completed it.
He sells several run-of-the-mill general goods, but has two special items in his store:
- [Wyrmcultist's Cloak], a cloak providing +24 fire resistance, one of the cheapest decent fire resistance items.
- [Orb of the Blackwhelp], which will transform you into a black dragonwhelp for a short time.
