Patch changes

Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): Restorative Elixir name changed to Restorative Potion with potion cooldown timer. Functionality has been changed so it should be more effective as it now dispels one harmful effect every 5 seconds for 30 seconds.
Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): Tooltip is now more clear.
