A Xorothian Dreadsteed is an elite dreadsteed that is summoned in Dire Maul. Only warlocks can call forth this demon for the purpose of binding it to the warlock's will.

Has to be killed for the quest 
[60] Dreadsteed of Xoroth.
Notes
Once killed, a Dreadsteed Spirit appears standing over the Xorothian Dreadsteed's corpse. The spirit will complete the warlock quest, earning the warlock their new summonable mount.
