Yarley is a level 65 armor vendor located inside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris.

History
From what he used to say, Yarley is from the future, however, he somehow got transported back in time, and now is affraid to leave the caverns of time in fear of creating a temproal paradox, he offers to fix armor, as he says that he used to be a blacksmith in a past life
