Yasmin is the innkeeper for the small camp located within the Oasis of Vir'sar^{[26.8, 7.8]}

in Uldum. Most importantly, she is also the only one that sells the [Sands of Time], needed for those wanting to create the [Vial of the Sands]. Three of them are also required if players want to complete the quest chain for [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest].
