Ymirjar Frostbinder can be found in Frostwing Halls of Icecrown Citadel. They can be found channeling streams of cold wind into the walls.

AbilitiesEdit

• Arctic Chill: The Frostbinder channels the glacial cold, causing her targeted enemy to pulse Frost damage every second to their allies.
• Frozen Orb: The Frostbinder channels a massive Frozen Orb which targets nearby enemies causing frost damage.
• Spirit Stream: Infuses the destination with spirit power, damage increased by 100% on the targeted ally.
• Twisted Winds: Switch places and threat lists with the target.
