Young Wolf can be found in Elwynn Forest, near the human starting area of Northshire Abbey.
Young Wolves are the kin of Timber Wolves, also found in Northshire Valley. Although not as Strong, Eagan Peltskinner has put a bounty on both Young and Timber Wolves, so their meat is worth just as much.
