Zaladormu, a dragon of the Bronze Dragonflight, is currently located in the Caverns of Time in the desert of Tanaris. He is by an hourglass shaped structure.
Children's Week
During the Children's Week event, you can take a blood elf or draenei orphan to meet Zaladormu. The Wardens of Time run up when they see her, as though to attack her, but Zaladormu commands them to stop, refusing to hold the orphan accountable for "things she might do or fail to do in the future".
