Zandalarian Hero Charm is a trinket that increases the user's spell damage and healing for a limited time. It is a a quest reward from the quest The Heart of Hakkar which starts with Heart of Hakkar that drops from Hakkar in Zul'Gurub.
To complete the quest, you must turn the following item into Molthor:

- Patch 1.11: Nerfed from +280 Spell Damage / 560 Healing - 35 / 70 to 200 Damage / 400 Healing and -20 / 40 per spell.
- Patch 1.12: Slight buffs.
