Zarena Cromwind is a level 43 weapon vendor located in Booty Bay in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. She is located on the lower level of Booty Bay right next to the imports dealers and the auctioneer. You will come upon her shop "Cuts and Brusies Incorporated" on the lower boardwalk,in the old Port Authority building. She had a brother named Maxwell.
