Zargh is a level 16 meat vendor located at the Crossroads in the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens.
In [Gryshka's Letter], Gryshka recounts of an accident where Zargh lost a finger. What could possibly be in the meat he sells...?
At the conclusion of Return to the Crossroads, he mentions a potential invitation to his wedding. Who he's getting married to is unknown, but it's probably Gryshka.
He starts the following quests 
[10] Meats to Orgrimmar and ends the quest [10] Return to the Crossroads.
