The most popular of the recreations of Zecker's devices that have started to appear in recent years are those of his "wand of stunning", Zecker's Wand. Though slightly thicker then normal, it is to all other outward appearances a finely crafted magical wand with a sizeable quartz crystal affixed to its tip. Hidden among the brasswork that wraps around the wand's shaft is a small catch. When the catch is triggered, a small piston inside the wand sprays a 10-foot cone of poisonous vapor. The wand holds enough poison for three uses, after which a new charge must be obtained from an alchemist.
