Zelfan is one of the 8 different NPCs that can be with Priestess Delrissa, the third boss in Magisters' Terrace.

He is a gan'arg engineer, he throws Fel Iron Bombs, shoots with Rocket Launcher and Goblin Dragon Gun, uses Explosive Sheep and Recombobulates his allies and uses healing potion. He is crowd-controllable, but immune to enslave demon.
