Zergling Leash summons and dismisses a zergling, it is a companion that follows you around, meaning it is a non-combat pet and will not aid you in battle.

This item is available only to people who bought the Collector's Edition of World of Warcraft.

You can obtain this pet by opening your gift box item (that you receive in the mail) and accepting the quest Welcome! which requires you to turn in the gift item to an NPC in exchange for a choice of three pet items, one of which is the Zergling Leash. The name of the gift box, NPC and quest zone is different depending on your chosen race.

• As its idle animation, it will occasionally snap forward, as if attacking.
• Unlike other minipets, the zergling appears on Track Beasts.
• Will attack nearby Grunty the Murloc Marine.
