Revision as of 22:47, 10 March 2010 by Coobra(talk | contribs)(Undo revision 2208687 by Sandwichman2448 (talk) That is correct, its saying to put names on the top of the list)
If you find your name on this list, please do not remove it — we check user pages and contributions before taking any action, so feel free to post a response/explanation on an appropriate page, such as your own talk page. Removing your name from this list shows a lack of trust in our judgment, and will most likely increase your chances of getting a ban!
This is not a "Most Wanted" list, and viewers don't memorise everybody who appears on the list.
Server pages are generally better policed by their users, and we do not like to get involved in such disputes. Vandalism is not the same as a disagreement, and we encourage you to work out the problem on related talk pages rather than reporting them here.
Do not add entries as "suspects", that designation is only for use by admins who have investigated the person in question.
Do add additions to the top, or else they might be seen as old and generally ignored.
block user – WW:NPOV Created a user account simply to flame someone on a server by the same name. [5]. Also flaming another player on a player character page. [6]
block user – Changing a guild name on our our server progression page either out of some kind of personal grudge against them or the start of the return of the "Flaynelover" defacer previously reported and temp banned. Since this was their only contrib I'd assume this account was only made to deface.
Presumably "Flaynelover" again, see below. Defacing the server ulduar page again. Additional: and is now using the undo feature on corrections. Apparently they seem to think it's hard to revert their changes.
My own personal "fan", Flayne being one of my characters ingame. Defaced our server ulduar page by randomly reorganizing things and changing guild names to mockeries and obscenities. Coobra was kind enough to revert one edit where they attempted to change all icons to File:Middle_finger2.jpg however the 4 before that were also vandalism.
Improper discussion of edits; unprofessional edits (and referring to others as ignorant when trying to explain this); tampering with someone else's userpage.
Continues to alter Server:The_Forgotten_Coast_US to harrass Resurgence (formerly Liquor Nest). Constantly re-edits/reverts all changes made by myself and other members of Resurgence to the server progression page.
Keeps reverting Hakkar US Server page to an old version and adding innapropriate comments containing, but not limited to, getting banned from the WoW Forums and adding insults and other derogatory comments about players.
Edits other guilds achievements, messes with colors on templates, changes own guild dates to make his guild seem better, also removes Alliance guilds from templates and removes Top Alliance Guild from The Forgotten Coast US page
block user – Disenfranchised former guildmate vandalizing Guild:The_Elders_of_Turalyon_(Turalyon_US). User continues to make minor edits to validate other changes that can be construed as bias based on their removal from guild community.
block user – Moving pages without permission. Pretty sure that his mentor hasn't authorized the moves. He is only suspected at the moment. Rolandius please ask permission before moving pages & wait until you are given the go ahead. Edit: He's starting to move more pages without asking. Did he get permission to move things to "pack"?
Edit: Spamming multiple talk pages with the same "discussion" when he should have consolidated it to a single topic, see Category talk:magical beasts and related magical beast pages talk pages (see Talk:Taunka for previous warning).
block user – Started useless speculatory discussions on two talk pages (and called out Ragestorm).[9][10] Added a comment that added nothing to a discussion on Talk:Paladin.[11] Made major changes to the recently revamped and scaled down Major characters without discussion.[12]
block user – Minor vandalism of Druid[14]. Might be worth checking to see if it looks like the same source as a very recent pair of reverted edits made to the same section by Randomerly[15][16]. It might be paranoia, it just seems odd having two nonsense edits to the same section in less than 48 hours, and obviously makes it more serious if it's someone using multiple accounts to abuse.
block user – Vandalizing Server:Aerie Peak US/Level 70 raid Progression. User is constantly reverting format changes without discussing them on the discussion page. Also labels his changes as "reverting vandalism" when he is in fact erasing the work others are doing on the new formatting system. Is a new user, probably made this account just to vandalize this page. Would not be an issue if he actually used the talk page and didn't act like he was the ruler of the page when there is a whole community behind it. See the history of the page to see how his "cleanups" are actually just nonconstructive reverts, which is wasting the community's time.
block user – Random edits to infoboxs adding or changing population numbers, changing "affiliations", rulers, and other sections by adding false information. If it continues he will be blocked.
block user – Removal of cited info.[21] Mass removal of preview info.[22] In his defense the info is outdated, but it still should be kept for historical purposes. Cleanup may be the only thing needed. Name suspiciously similar to User:Dragola.
block user – Change to a suspect for the time being. May be a victim of grudge by rogue admin or admins. --Fandyllic (talk · contr) 12:07 AM PST 6 Oct 2008
Old info
Various edit wars againElwynn Forest, ... Removing properly cited and relevent updated info to Maraudon page. Continuing to instigate arguements when given an explanation as to why admins take certain actions with his edits, etc, Talk:Elwynn Forest, Talk:Desolace, etc. Misleading information, suggesting that one of his page ideas will be relevent, only for it to be a minimal lore stub, or even a reference to a single word from a sentence taken out of context of the original source, agent. It makes a generall article relevancy issue. Overall lack of quality to newly created articles, and no sign of improvement, even with attempted mentorship... This is his 3rd or fourth time banned. He has been given mercy in the past, but only so much mercy can be given. His previous ban was for a month. The next step is three months. He will receive permanban next time.
Repeatedly created user ideas in main namespace, despite being reminded on his talk page to not do so. Has been warned to not do it again. Update: Continues to do so even after several warnings. Has got a 1 week block to think about it.
Perhaps out of line and rude in regards to the deletion of a merged page (that was not discussed very much).[23] Replaced theory about Uldum being the prison of a Jormungar to it being the prison of a Sand worm on several pages.[24][25][26] With no feedback to his proposal about it here. Adding his own confusing speculation about Yogg-Saron all over. Used own speculation as citation.[27][28] Speculation that was deemed confusing and removed.[29] He then used the links he put as a reason for it to be there, and acted like it was a rule.[30] Added back removed info under a new guise on Darnassus.[31] Removal of cited info with no evidence to the dissenting opinion other than 'confirmed'.[32]
Completely ignores the warning at the top of Future race ideas and Subspecies ideas. He doesn't follow the policy that he needs to discuss major changes and additions to the talk page. Many of these additions have been false information, or twisted information (taking information out of the context of the original source). Some of his additions even in white are fairly weak, and were taking material out of context. He has been warned already but did not listen. Adding things that aren't really points, and lead to vague unsupported speculatory comments (which aren't allowed). This is follow up after he continued his actions. One week ban.
